Have a remote visit (via Zoom) with our Medical Director to get started on Semaglutide or Tirzepatide. You can book online; the charge is $40 per video visit with Dr. Blake Lowe and due at time of booking.
SEMAglutide Weekly Injections
We offer SEMAglutide! To book an appointment, please call 865-233-8330 or book online. **Prior to first injection, you MUST schedule a telehealth visit (Good Faith Exam aka GFE) with our medical director, Dr. Lowe. You will have a Telehealth Visit with him every 6 months.)** Our weekly injections provide assistance with weight loss by reducing cravings and helping to control blood sugar swings!! We start you at the lowest dose and adjust or maintain that dosing based on your own body’s response to the medication as well as your weight goals. *Pricing is as low as $50 per week, but you must purchase 4 dose packages. Injections are done by an RN at the clinic in Maryville. *After your 1st month of injections, you can choose to come monthly for weight check and package purchase, then self-administer weekly injections at home. The pricing below includes 4 weekly appointments with Semaglutide injections and 1 complementary B12 injection ($20 value): Starting Dose (0.25mg) - $200/month 2nd Tier (0.50mg) - $300/month 3rd Tier (1.0mg) - $400/month (most common) 4th Tier (1.7mg) - $500/month 5th Tier (2.4mg) - $600/month Adjustment up to next Tier can be made after a minimum of 4 injections at previous Tier, and only if needed. Expected weight loss average of 1-2lb weekly with Semaglutide. This injection is meant to be part of a higher protein, lower carb diet program to assist with reaching your weight loss goals.
